Let's call the team members: y(ou), k, ma, mi, d, s , that's 6 members.

We know that the number of candies is 18+23+20+28 (which is 89) plus whatever Simon and Doug found.

If the average per person is 22, then all people in total found 6*22=132.

We don't know how much doug and Simon found, but together they found 132-89=32+11=43,

Once we know how much Doug found, we can subtract it from 43 and we'll know.

From all the people so far, Michelle found the most, but it could be that either Doug or Simon found more: the problem is we don't have enough information now to find out.

1. Write an equation in point-slope form of the line that that passes through the point (4,-5) and has a
Aleks04 [339]

Answer:

y + 5 = (3/2)(x - 4)

Step-by-step explanation:

The point-slope formula is y - k = m(x - h).  We get h and k from the given point:  h = 4 and k = -5, and m from the given slope:  3/2.  Then we have:

y + 5 = (3/2)(x - 4)
