It all depends on where the story takes place. You could name it after a famous person from that area. Like maybe: Peter Parker High School. (Thats and example.)

Just try to think up the most randomest name you can think of, for example Blane L. Junior High or name it after someone famous and well known, like Isaac N. Elementary, which is after Isaac Newton.
