Using Spanish resources, research a famous historical figure from a Spanish-speaking country. You may consider finding information on Miguel Hidalgo, Simón Bolívar, José de San Martín, Benito Juarez or Ferdinand and Isabel.
In 1-2 Spanish paragraphs, write a brief biography and then describe his/her important contributions. In addition, explain this person's significance in the country where he/she is from.

You will be graded on (1) evidence of research conducted, (2) appropriateness of response, and (3) overall quality of your response. (20 points)
