Internal motive also called intrinsic motivation. It is inside fro a person. When a person gets motivated by its inside moral values, determination. It is about to drive the reward internally. When the reward occurs internally it satisfies a person internally and externally in both the terms. Internal motivation is the opposite of external motivation.

Intrinsic motivation need not any reward from outside. When we get motivated to do work internally, we enjoy that task a lot and to explore, learn and get to know about our potential.
