If you're referring to the one who quote that sentence, it would be unknown, but it is a really famous quote.

If you wanted to restates the main idea of this quotation , it would be : it's not good to criticize others because we don't know that they face in life.

hope this helps

Answer:B.) It’s not good to criticize others because we don’t know what they face in life. The idea is first to try to understand what the motivations are before we engage in criticism.

The first option mentions the limit of three weeks, in the quotation three weeks can be understood as a period to have an understanding of the other's intentions, it is not a number to be interpreted literally.

George and Lennie have come to the ranch to buck barley. The author characterizes this type of work as
ExtremeBDS [4]

Answer:

D. heavy lifting done by teams of men.

Explanation:

George Milton and Lennie Small are characters in <em>"Of Mice and Men</em>" novel written by <em>John Ernst Steinback Jr</em>. George and Lennie are ranch workers who often move from one place to another during the Great Depression. Their migration was caused by the fact that they wanted to find several job opportunities in order to alleviate their situations. They also wanted to purchase their own land and settle down.

"To buck barley" in the statement above means "heavy lifting done by teams of men." In the story, George and Lennie would buck barley by<u> throwing large bags of grain on a truck.</u> Thus, they lifted the heavy bags of grains together in order to finish their task.

Thus, this explains the answer.

Write a story which ends with the stetement: Better late than never
vivado [14]

Explanation:

Better late than never tells us that sometimes in life we miss some opportunities, but that does not mean we should never give a try.

Better late than never story

This is a story about an old man who lived in a village. He had two sons and one daughter. They were all well settled in their city life. His children would send him money every month so that he did not have any crisis. They also used to send letters to know about his well being.

Once in a year his sons and daughter would come to pay a visit to him but for the rest of the year his only source of communication was the letters. sometimes he would go to the post master of the village to read the letters for him because he did not know to read and write. The postmaster always used to help the old man reading and writing the letters for him. You may also read: God help those who help themselves

But unfortunately that post master died and a young postmaster got appointed. That young postmaster was a rude person who did not want to help the man. Slowly his way of communication with his children got cut off. He use to remain very upset.

One day the head master of the village school came to him and asked about his disappointment. The old man told him that because of his being illiterate he is facing trouble to get in touch with his children. He described how he never went to school because of his commitments towards his family. After listening to the his problem, the head master gave him a solution that instead of asking help from others he should once again start going to school and read and write.

The old man said everybody would laugh at him at this age studying. The headmaster told is better late than never. So following his advice the man joined the night school and started reading and writing. within few months he started writing letters to his children and getting their answers too. By then he did not have to go to anyone to read the letter. That day he was clear on the proverb that better late than never.

marusya05 [52]

Answer:

D) The dictionary entry contains detailed information about the term, and the feature story contains general information about the term.

Explanation:

A reliable dictionary must define the word <em>xeriscape</em> as "a landscaping method developed especially for arid and semiarid climates that utilizes water-conserving techniques (such as the use of drought-tolerant plants, mulch, and efficient irrigation)". The feature story says simply that <em>xeriscape</em>  is a method that uses very little water, which is, indeed, very general information about the term. Therefore, the answer is D.
