The body.

Explanation:

At the start of the interview, the interviewer should make an opening with questions that would develop a path into the body, which is the segment of the interview containing the inquiries desired to be answered. This developing pace should be subtle; the interviewee must not feel invaded with  direct questions demanding delicate information.

The closing gives the interview the conclusion it requires and should leave the interviewee satisfied with the session, not robbed of all their secrets.

I believe it is the closing cause in interviews the interviewer is trying to get the juicy stuff so the beginning is juicy then body is juicier then the closing should be the juiciest
