this can be different to a lot of people, i am not good at journalism but i find crafting and song writing helps me. someone have ways to control it, writing a   journal is one of them- it is effective way. people do things to help them but others may disagree with them. whatever is an effective way and that can help them, it doesn't really matter what you chose.
