Ok, so for the appetizer you're going to want something light, it won't fill you up but it will still take the edge off of the hunger, I'd personally start with a wonton soup, or a sweet and sour soup. Then for the main course you are going to need something filling. Vegetable soup, or a chicken noodle soup. Dessert is going to be the hardest, especially since you'll have to make sure the textures and flavors are complementary. However, a desert doesn't always have to be 100 percent sweet. I would go with a sweet potato or a snow fungus soup for that
