The identical glacial weathering and erosion patterns discovered on separate continents are a proof of the plate tectonics theory.

Explanation:

In recent times, with the more and more research that has been conducted, it has been noticed that there are physical features that are identical, but on separate continents. These physical features are of glacial origin, or rather caused by glacial weathering and erosion. Considering that the patterns are identical, it is clear that they have occurred at the same time, and that they have occurred on the same place.

This has been seen as  big proof of the plate tectonics theory. This kind of features have been found int he southern part of Africa and northern part of Antarctica, which just supports the theory that they were once part of a same landmass. That landmass is called Gondwanaland, and it also was consisted of South America, Australia, and India.
