I'd say the answer is A. International Spy.

The definition of the word "furtive" is, "characterized by, acting with, or suggesting stealth or a desire to avoid discovery; surreptitious".

I don't quite think that a produce manager needs to be stealthy or desire to avoid discovery, nor a mother-to-be. But if you are an international spy, you wouldn't quite want to get spotted/caught.
