             Sarcopenia is the term given our body losses its muscles strength and muscle mass. Ageing causes Sarcopenia and we become weak. While ageing is the main reason behind Sarcopenia, there are other factors also that can cause loss of muscle mass and strength. These are lack of exercise and proper diet.  As people ages, lack of constant healthy food and lack of regular exercise may lead to Sarcopenia. This can lower the quality of life and can decrease life expectancy.

             While Sarcopenia can be reversed or can be prevented. Doing regular strength training exercise and keeping our body heathy by eating healthy diet we can prevent loss of muscle mass as we age.
