French: We are at war with the British as they refuse to recognize the upper Ohio river valley as our territory. We've established forts to strengthen our claim on the land. The Shawnee, Alonquin, Lenape and other Native American tribes supports us as our trading partners, scouts and soldiers. We are allies with them as some Alhonquians have intermarried with us and have created a new ethnic group, the Metis who also aligned with us, in part, because both of us are Catholic.
