I dont believe "You Can See" is one. Just think of the question as this- "Based on the passage, why is genetically modified food safe?"

Choices that make sense were

more vitamin A

could help save

more nutritious

I also left out "unsubstantiated risks" because the definition of unsubstantiated is "Not supported or prooven by evidence". So "Unsubstantiated risks" means "un-prooven risks." this does not mean its safe.
