Urban living was the trend in the in the late 1800’s. With houses with electric lights, running water, modern plumbing, and attractions such as museums, libraries and theatres, I can see why. Even though Urban living had a good side, it also had a bad side.there became less and less jobs. City living also posed the risks of crime, violence, fire, disease, and pollution.
