The symbol which appears before the number 2 is that of euro, a monetary unit used in some of the countries in Europe. The p is a symbol for peso. However, there are lots of pesos (e.g. Mexican, Philippine, etc). If we assume p there to be that of Philippine  peso, the conversion would be,
                                    80 p x (1 euro / 62.57 p) = 1.28 euro
Dividing the answer by 2, we get 0.64 or 4000/6257.
