Each of the options on the list gives you a point on the graph. If the point lies within the shaded region, the pizza maker can use that particular combo. I've plotted each of the associated points in the picture below. As you can see, only one point - the point (43, 25) representing 43 pepperoni slices and 25 cheese slices - falls within the shaded region.
