How do you write a great story with a friend?
IRINA_888 [86]
This question is a very open one and i'm not sure what exactly you need to know but you'll need to do a lot of planning. Generally you need to develop an idea of the setting, plot line, characters and the overall meaning or topic of the story. It really helps if you know how you want the story to end so you can create plot twists and use foreshadowing to hint at future events. Most importantly you need creativity and inspiration, write something you think you would read if you were looking for something to enjoy.

Task - Write a memoir from the perspective of someone (on the Titanic the night the ship
NARA [144]
First off, Edgar wrote in a letter to someone that he wanted to be on the Oceanic and not the Titanic. He said it felt incredible, but he wished the Titanic was on the bottom of the ocean which is pretty ironic ngl.

Josey, I write to you now as the glorious Titanic has struck an iceberg. Everyone is screaming and I can’t seem to find anyone who I’ve been in the days prior. Workers just boarded all women and children into lifeboats, and told us that men in first class can come as well if there is room. Unfortunately, that is not me. I told you that the Titanic wasn’t as marvelous as everyone claimed it to be. I hope I make it out of this and find you after. Until then, Josey.

Why does the author most likely emphasize the size of New York City ?
Gekata [30.6K]
The author emphasizes the size of New York City to show that it's actually quite small compared to nature and the ecosystem. The author emphasizes the "colossal" size of New York as an ironic source with the purpose of showing that even the strongest concrete city can be drawn by the power of mother nature itself.
