As it is a constitutional right, Victor should be able to inform, as well as to persuade his students. He needs to know that he must stick to the topic of voting and not impart any ideas about political parties, students have to know that have the right to do it when being adults but political tendencies should not be induced. he might explain students what is the legal age to vote, and why it should be lowered to 16 in the U.S (provide ideas to support this statement) and then inform students about Women´s suffrage in the U.S.

The right to vote is a type of subject that must be put into a speech with the aim of persuading and informing. On the basis of this, Victor must inform, through the speech, the importance of voting in democracy and the struggles that many people had to face in order for all people to have the right to a guaranteed vote. It is also important that Victor shows the purpose of the vote, the importance of choosing good candidates, and the consequences that voting can cause as a way of persuading students.

He says giving liberty in order to get safety is bad. So liberty is the best thing.

Explanation:

  • If you give up your freedom saying the higher authority will take care, then what you have done will make you abuse the authority and the power they have.
  • It says  if one gives up the liberty to some authority just to feel safer, then you will not get either one.
  • The power to whom you have given up the liberty will enslave you. You don't deserve that liberty.
