Let 147 × 16 = 2352, from this we get if we multiply a number in the order 1,4,7 it can be integer number or a decimal  number   with another number digits order 1,6 it can be decimal or integer then resulting number digits order becomes 2,3,5,2.\\ Let 147 can be written in different for using the same digits. foe example 147, 1.47.14.7,0.147,0.0147 etc\\ simillarly 16 can be written as 16,1.6,0.16 etc\\ using these numbers we can produce the result 2.352. The produt of two numbers result become a decimal  number depends on the two numbers. \\ So we can write 1.47 × 1.6 =2.352 and 0.147 × 16 = 2.352

A new cell phone is on sale for 40% off its original price. The sale price is $48.
anastassius [24]
If it is 40% off, it is selling at 60% of it original price.

The sales price is $48
60% = 58
1% = 58 ÷ 60 = 0.93
100% = 0.93 x 100 = $93

The original price is $93

CD has endpoints C(-3, 4) and D(1, -2). Find the coordinates<br> of its midpoint.
Natalija [7]

Answer:

Midpoint (-1 , 1)

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula: (midpoint)

Let the point A(x , y) be the midpoint of CD.

x=\frac{x_c+x_D}{2} =\frac{-3+1}{2} =\frac{-2}{2} =-1

y=\frac{x_C + y_D}{2} =\frac{4+(-2)}{2} =\frac{2}{2} =1

Then

A(-1 , 1)

What is the sum 5/3 +(1/5) please and explain
solmaris [256]
We need to find a common denominator(bottom number of fraction)

5/3 = 25/15 (multiply both top and bottom by 5)
1/5 = 3/15 (multiply both top and bottom by 3)

Now since the denominator is the same we can add to get 25/15 + 3/15 = 28/15
