Some of the advantages of sincerity are that you’ll get credited for being honest and the disadvantages are that you maybe get in trouble if what you did is bad but at least you are being honest which always gets credited

Pros: being honest is always a good thing in life, you should much rather tell the truth then lie
cons: lying gets you no where farther then telling the truth
