Answer:

The correct answer would be option A, When the incident scope is complex or beyond existing authorities.

Explanation:

Delegation of authority means passing the power to the level where it is required or practiced better than the existing holders of the authority.

So according to this question, delegation of authority is needed where the incident scope is complex, which means that this could not be understood by the current or existing authorities clearly, or the incident scope is beyond the existing authorities which means the incident scope does not come within the power range of the authorities. So in such scenarios, the best solution is to delegate authority to those who are within the scope of the incident and also they understand it pretty well.

Answer:

psychological positioning

Explanation: because she had placed her fault in someone who is really guilty. Her actions had become a suffering for the victim. Children who are playful and does not have strict parents eventually ends up putting the blame on others. in this case, she had a psychological positioning, which means that she had replaced someone who is guilty as a representative of her actions. in other words, we can say that she lied. Or maybe she had herself convinced that it was all her teacher's fault.

Do you believe charismatic authority has played a role in our last two presidential elections?
adoni [48]

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

Going to assume your'e talking about US elections. I will try to remain unbiased.

Presidents Trump and Biden have very night and day styles of charisma, which are both very interesting to analyze.

Trump's charisma was the type to get people riled up, while using terms that any person can understand. He was never afraid to speak his mind and advertised himself as someone whos agaisnt the establishment. Of course, we saw how this caused a bunch of chaos throughout the country in many different fields. It is with the background of this chaos that we can analyze Biden's charismatic authority. He presented himself as a regular man; "Uncle Joe" if you will, unlike his celebrity businessman predecessor. With this presented a sort of "return to normalcy" from the chaos of Trump's presidency. He doesn't present himself as the type to be very outlandish.

Hope this helps!
