It's hard for me to make out what is all in the photograph because it's grainy, so hopefully this still helps!

I can't see the image well but the land in the foreground I would probably count as human feature because the straightness of everything looks like it has been made. However the mountains the land is on could be natural. I hope that this helps but the image is of such bad quality it's hard to distinguish different features.
