Well using the angle rule (all interior angles of a triangle equal 180) we can determine that angle A is 30 degrees. u know that this is a special triangle, bc 30-60-90 triangles have special rules. to find the hypotenuse, you’re going to find CB first. it’s simply 6, due to the rules. to find AB from this 6, you double it. x=12! :) (i hope so lol i haven’t done geometry in a while)

storchak [24]

9,11,13,20

20 -9 = 11

Range: 11 so its not 17

11 + 13 = 24

24/2 = 12

Median: 12 so its not 10

9+ 11 + 13 + 20 = 53

53/4= 13.25

Mean: 13.25 so its not 12

IQR: 6.5 so its not 7 or 12

How do i do 2 x squared + 7=4
Trava [24]

Answer:

x = ±i sqrt(3/2)

Step-by-step explanation:

2x^2+7 = 4

Subtract 7 from each side

2x^2+7-7 = 4-7

2x^2 = -3

Divide by 2 on each side

2x^2/2 = -3/2

x^2 = -3/2

There is no real solution, only imaginary solutions

Taking the square root of each side

sqrt(x^2) = sqrt(-3/2)

x = ±i sqrt(3/2)

Kaitlyn is making big goods for charity bake sale he places a tray of scones a tray of muffins and a tray of cookies in the oven
finlep [7]

Answer:

So:

Counting from a given time t = 0min, we know that:

Each 15 mins she removes the scones

Each 12 mins she removes the muffins

Each 10 mins she removes the cookies.

So when will she remove both at the same time?

Well, this will happen in the smallest common multiple of 15, 12 and 10.

or at LCM(10, 12, 15).

How we find it?

well, in this case is easy.

All the multiples of 10 end with a zero.

So let's find the multiples of 12 and 15 that also end with a zero:

12*6 = 60

15*4 = 60

and

10*6 = 60

So the LCM(10,12,15) = 60.

Another way is by calculating:

10*12*15/(GCF(10,12)*GCM(12,15)*GCM(10,15)

Where GCF = greatest common factor.

Between 10 and 12 is 2.

Between 12 and 15 is 3

Between 10 and 15 is 5.

Then:

10*12*15/(2*3*5) = 60.

This means that 60 minutes after she starts, she will remove the scones, muffins and cookies at the same time.
