Answer:

A beginner should make a schedule for exercise, then he must follow the schedule. In the starting days he does warm ups and some mild exercise. As he continues, he should do different exercises. It will help him to get a toned body.

Explanation:

The first thing for a beginner to manage the time. He must prepare a good schedule and follow the schedule to do exercises. If he exercises mild work out in the starting days, and take off one or two days. Because the body muscles are not prone to exercise and they are soft. It takes time to adopt physical workouts. If the beginners do repeated exercises, it causes muscle cramp.

When time passes, he should increase the exercise routine. e.g. cardio, pushups, situps, and full-body exercises. Then one has to maintain the consistency in the exercise time.

Then what exercise a beginner should do is the major thing. He first warm up and cools down the muscle. Because muscles are the major site for fat deposition. It burns fat and loses weight first.

There should be alternate days for different exercises. If one or 2 days is is strength training, other days would cardio exercise. The strength exercise tone the muscles, cardio increases the breathing and stamina.

By doing alternate exercise, the body will gradually lose weight, buildup stamina. If every type of exercise would do at a time, the body gets tired and impact will be fatal. Therefore, beginners should keep one day rest, as it will help to build muscles in the body.

Which state of a dead body is caused by the lack of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to the muscles?
Ket [755]

Answer:

__Rigor mortis__________ is caused by the lack of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to the muscles

Explanation:

The rigor mortis corresponds to the stiffness of the muscles (they cannot contract or elongate) due to the lack of ATP, where I fixed the bridges between actin and myosin. This event happens when the oxygen transporting organs stop working.
