It was about eleven years elapsed between the signing of the declaration of independence and the publication of the federalist papers. Declaration of independence stated in 1776, while Federalist Papers published in 1788.

EXPLANATION

The Declaration of Independence of the United States of America is a statement of independence declared at the meeting of the Second Continental Congress at Pennsylvania State House (today Independence Hall) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 4, 1776. In the declaration, it was explained that the Thirteen Colonies fought against the British Empire because they regarded themselves as thirteen sovereign and independent countries. Thirteen Colonies are no longer under British rule. Through this Declaration, they took strategic steps towards forming the United States of America.

On the other hand, the Federalist Papers is a collection of 85 essays and articles written by Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison. The authors use the pseudonym "Publius" to voice ratification of the United States Constitution. This collection of essays and articles was originally known as The Federalist until the 20th century which became known as The Federalist Papers. The first 77 essays were published periodically in series through Independent Journal, The Daily Advertiser, and the New York Packet between October 1787 and April 1788.
