Answer: To me it's most likely los padres y dos hijos or los padresy dos hijas depending on ( see my example)

Explanation:

From what i can see it's a mom and dad with a child. Based on the options their most be a second child in the photo we can't see. So if both of the children are girls the answer is los padres y dos hijas, but if one child is a boy then it's los padres y dos hijos.

Someday, it might be used if you take a trip somewhere or have to do a job in a remote area where people might not even know what English is. You could also get money from being a translator for tourists or maybe even on TV. Why would a Mexican want to learn English?
