Answer and Explanation:

After reading about the case, the reaction I have about Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly's claim is that the American police are abusive and don't recognize their mistakes. This makes me disagree with his claim.

My disagreement is generated by the fact that the police had no evidence that Taylor was involved with the narcotics and that they had prohibited substances in their apartment, in addition, the police did not announce the invasion and acted with full aggression, irrationality, intolerance and racism, shooting at someone who was not committing a crime, nor was he understanding what was going on.
