Self-reflection can improve one's own knowledge, skills and understanding by assisting the person to be more aware. Humans are susceptible to various conditions, especially, externally this is because we are socially-oriented individuals who wants to belong and to be in communion with others. Thus reflection and deliberation helps us to look internally and observe ouselves.

The difference between chattel slavery and indentured slavery is:
Snezhnost [94]

Answer:

Indentured servitude differed from chattel slavery because indentured servants are people who were willing to work to get transportation, land, clothes, food, or shelter instead of money. In chattel slavery, people are considered property instead of workers or servants. They can only be free when they purchased themselves or when their master(s) allowed them to be. Indentured servants get to be released when they have worked their part of the deal. Slaves don't get much in return for their work. Something that they do get is shelter, but most of the time, the shelter is small and is shared with other slaves.

Briefly describe dual federalism. When was it in effect and how long did it last?
Softa [21]

Dual federalism is when the powers and responsibilities of the federal and state governments are distinctly separated. The United States experienced such a political system in the period from 1789 to 1901. During this period, there was little collaboration between the state and national government.
