Answer: The Protista

Explanation: Kingdom Protista has diverse range of organisms, known as protists.  It consists unicellular or muticellular and heterotrophic and autotrophic organisms.

It has autotrophic organisms that contain chlorophyll for the process of photosynthesis. Example : Euglena. Slime moulds (fungi like protists) are heterotropic organisms that belong to kingdom protista  as it cannot synthesize its own food.

It has unicellular organisms such as amoeba which is made up of single cell. It has Algae (plant like protists) that is multicellular made up of more than one cell

Rufina [12.5K]

Answer:

Facilitate diffusion describes the movement of glucose into the cell using Glut-4 transporters.

Explanation:

Glut-4 transporter benolgs the family of carrier proteins that helps in the uptake of glucose by the cell mediated by the action of insulin hormone.

The binding of insuin to its receptors signals the movement of glut-4 transporter from the interior of the cell to cell surface. After reaching the cell surface glut-4 proteins binds to the glucose molecule and then undergo Conformational change to deliver those glucose molecules inside the target cell.
