Answer:

1) Greater Mexican and Central American communities in the United States.

2) US investments and millitary presence in Mexico and Central America.

3) Less presence of European powers in the Caribbean.

4) Greater political influence of the United States in South American and Caribbean countries.

Explanation:

Mexicans and Central Americans would not have any frontier to emigrate to US North America, establishing a greater Mexican and Central American communities than present, and, likewise, US Tycoons and businessmen would make great investments on Mexican and Central American economies, to be precise, mining, agriculture, railroads and naval transport.

US millitary presence in the Caribbean would have been increased significantly, making the presence of European powers (United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain and France) more difficult to maintain and increasing the political influence of the United States in South American and Caribbean countries.
