In addition to thoroughly analyzing the text, use at least one example of each of the grammar skills you have studied in this lesson, including: a participle, an infinitive, an example of active voice, an example of passive voice, a nonrestrictive clause, and a verb that expresses subjunctive mood. Answer:Also known as Robin Goodfellow, Puck is Oberon’s jester, a mischievous fairy who delights in playing pranks on mortals. Though A Midsummer Night’s Dream divides its action between several groups of characters, Puck is the closest thing the play has to a protagonist. His enchanting, mischievous spirit pervades the atmosphere, and his antics are responsible for many of the complications that propel the other main plots: he mistakes the young Athenians, applying the love potion to Lysander instead of Demetrius, thereby causing chaos within the group of young lovers; he also transforms Bottom’s head into that of an butt.

Consider the following theme: “Writing is an outlet for the human desire to make things sound better than they actually are.” Is
GalinKa [24]

Answer:

The theme is universal - we all want to make things sound better than they are. That's why when someone asks you "Does this dress make me look fat?" you always say no, even if it does. We want the world to sound better because if we really focused on how bad the world is then no one would want to live in it. But not all writing does make things sound better than they actually are. Some writing is really depressing and makes things sound as bad or worse than they are.

ella [17]

I believe the correct answer is: the claim of a human tyrant of enduring glory is transient.

The theme of "Ozymandias", a poem written by Percy B. Shelly, can be said to be that the claim of a human tyrant of enduring glory is transient. This theme may be even broader, meaning that everything humans accomplish is transient such as Ozymandias’ glory in this poem.
