Answer:

Calcium

Explanation:

For strong bones, there are two vital nutrients which our body needs that is calcium and vitamin D. Vitamin D basically improves the absorption of the calcium and bone growth while calcium provides strength to our bones and teeth structure. Foods that are good for bone strength are milk, cheese, green leafy vegetables, soya beans, nuts etc.

Where you did not give any answer choices, I think it would help to mention that Calcium helps to strengthen bones. Calcium can be found in pretty much all milk products, as well as some non-milk products, such as things like cooked broccoli and almonds!

Which lists types of materials from most conductive to least conductive?
Alinara [238K]

Answer: The correct answer is B) Superconductor, conductor, semiconductor, insulator.

Resistivity to the flow of electrons is inversely related to the conductivity of the material. This means that more is the resistivity, lesser is the conductivity.

Superconductors are those materials, which have zero resistivity. Thus, they have maximum conductivity, conductors are those that have little resistivity, semiconductors have more resistivity than conductors, and insulators have maximum resistivity so they do not allow the electric current to pass through them.

Thus, B) is the right answer.

Which best describes food when it reaches the large intestine?
torisob [31]

Answer:

Your large intestine is the final part of your digestive tract. Undigested food enters your large intestine from your small intestine. It then reabsorbs water that is used in digestion and eliminates undigested food and fibre. This causes food waste products to harden and form faeces, which are then excreted.

Hope this helps :)

Radiation from the head is a major source of heat loss from the human body. Model a head as a 21-cm-diameter, 20-cm-tall cylinde
Leto [7]
We have the following assumptions:
The temperature of the surroundings remains constant.
The entire surface area of head emits radiation.

From the problem, we have the given values:
emissivity = 0.95
T2 = 36 degrees C
T1 = 9 degrees C

Solving for the area:
A = πD² + πDh = π(21)² + π(21)(20) = 2709.91 cm² = 0.2710 m²

Using the heat transfer equation for radiation:
q = εAσ(T₂⁴ - T₁⁴)
q = 0.95 (0.2710)(5.67 x 10-8)[(36+273)⁴-(9+273)⁴]
q = 3.9 x 10^9 W
