The student's resume along with the letter of recommendation is very important when the process of college admission is concerned. Both of these documents help the selection board to know about the student's interests both inside and outside the college.

Explanation:

The resume of a student is nothing but a clean representation of all the achievements of a student in various fields of academics, sports, etc. It proves to be a great help when applying for a college, it not only saves time in completing the application but also makes sure nothing is left behind.

On the other hand, a letter of recommendation is a document that helps the college know about qualities of student that are separate from the academics, such as the student's reputation among the teachers and staff. It can be an essential part of the resume. Therefore, we can say that both the resume and letter of recommendation are equally important.

The RLX Company just paid a dividend of $3.20 per share on its stock. The dividends are expected to grow at a constant rate of 4
r-ruslan [8.4K]

Based on the dividend paid, the dividend growth rate, and the required return, the price of the stock is $51.20

What is the price of the stock?

This can be solved by the Gordon Growth Model:

Price of stock = Next dividend / (Required return - growth rate)

Solving gives:

= (3.20 x 1.04) / (0.105 - 0.04)

= 3.328 / 0.065

= $51.20
