The scientific revolution of the 1500s and 1600s had renewed an interest in the scientific accomplishments of classical Greece and Rome. - D

Tools, cloth and most other goods were made by hand prior to
the Industrial Revolution. Due to
improvements in automation and assembly lines, more goods were produced at a
lower price during the Industrial Revolution.
Machines replaced hand tools and steam was used to run the machines that
made the tools. Cloth and shoes also
became machine-made. Another outcome of the Industrial Revolution was the implementation
of the factory system.
Our heritage I believe is truly reflected in the things we say and do. For example, in Canada we have a strong pioneering spirit so that means that Canadians generally are not afraid to face the wilderness. For example, our geologists regularly go to work in say the Far North and brave the cold and the isolation to carry out their explorations.
