Not sure what the "Stone Rebellion" was but the "Stono Rebellion" led to the up-rise of slavery in the British mainland colonies! Hope that helps!<span />

It was the largest slave uprising which killed 42-47 whites and 44 blacks and it began on September 9th 1739. A result was that the South Carolina legistlature was passed the Negro Act of 1740.
