The fourth paragraph; Because the summary is supposed to be objective, the first three would not be correct. It is the only one that does not have any opinions AT ALL. Though the first on is close, it still says the two years were agonizing and the horrors of the Nazis.

Answer:

The correct answer is 4. Anne Frank records her thoughts and experiences in a diary while living in hiding with her family and four other Jews during the Nazi occupation of Amsterdam.

Explanation:

A summary is the short version of a story. It must be written keeping three aspects in mind:

1. Concise

2. Accurate

3. Objective.

The choices you got in your question were all concise and accurate, but none of them was objective. All the first three choices include an opinion of the person who wrote them. Adjectives of opinion included in the first three choices such as: agonizing, unusual, timeless and perceptive express subjectivity.
