Okay so im not sure about the last one, but 2 and 3 are asking about you, vous and tu are both referring to you, so when you respond, say “je parle avec le professeur à midi,” and for number 3 “je rentre” instead of on. hope this helps!

To make a sentence a question, put the word "Est-ce que" in front of the sentence.
