This is what the Preamble stated:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
British set taxes on american needs and americans protested causing war and then british revoked the taxes and only left a tax on tea which lead to the boston tea party
It was the tariffs imposed by the Southern legislatures that hurt the economy in the South by taxing imported goods. The idea was to foster more good-creation domestically, but the US lacked the appropriate resources.
Reasons I honestly know of:
- Christianity which I think is the most prevalent religion in America both are in it's golden stages. America is one of the world's powers , which may be what the religion Islam used to be.
- The USA is also influencing the world worldwide with Christianity creating a golden age for the religion ( sounds like the Golden Age of Islam).
In simple words I see the comparison as being both were influential in religion, beliefs, and their books ( The U.S often mentions the Bible while Islam the Quran.)
