The correct answer is B) Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights.

These two English documents outlined the ideas that people should be represented in their government and have certain legal rights: Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights.

Magna Carta was the charter of liberties in England. It was signed in 1215. The Nobles exerted pressure on King John to sign it and avoid a rebellion in Britain. It was the base to built the government system in England. The document represented a symbol of freedom from the oppression of the British monarch.

The English Bill of Rights was signed into law in 1689 after the overthrown of King James II. It was signed by William the Orange and Mary II, the new rulers of England. The Bill established constitutional and civil rights and strengthened the power of the British Parliament over the British crown.

12. How did the Caste System LIMIT the freedom of people in India?<br> Please I need help ASAP
wolverine [178]

Answer:

The Caste system, specifically the untouchables within it, kept them limited in every aspect of society. They were given menial work that nobody wanted to do. They were harassed for being at the bottom and had no social status and economic status. They were illiterate and often had no education. They were unprotected and repressed by the caste system. They had no option to move up in the system like those of higher castes. The untouchables had little to no freedom and were often used as cheap labor. These people become the lowest of the low in India, and even though the Caste system no longer exists in India, people are still facing the repercussions of it.
