Combine like terms so add 4b and 15b together and add 7 and 3 together and then the answer would be 19b-10

The sin wave mimics the round and round motion of the pinwheel.  You could have been able to tell that it was 14 just by looking at what the altitude was.  The altitude is always the number the wave goes up and down from its midpoint. 7 up and 7 down makes 14 altogether.
