Answer: Sorts the wounded by the severity of injuries.

Explanation:

Medical professionals and doctors throughout history have been an integral part of the troops of almost every army. As the technique evolved, so did the military operations, and for the soldiers, it meant more mortality and more wounded. Thus, in the nineteenth century, an international organization called the Red Cross was established to visit battlefields around the world and assist the injured. They are protected by a large number of international conventions and are tasked with helping anyone in need. However, each army has its hospital ward. Since hospitals are crowded with wounded soldiers after a fight, if a specific command does not have sufficient capacity to handle everything, the wounded are sorted by severity. First, help is given to those who are most at risk and in life threat, and then doctors classify others by the severity of injuries.

According to Dr. Green, what factors impact voters' opinions of candidates during and after debates?
ioda

Answer:

The answer is below

Explanation:

According to Dr. John C Green, debates actually matters in an election. However, the impact of debates comes in two different folds.

Firstly, those that actually watch the debate. These people get the information directly from the aspirants and it shifts their opinions about who they will vote for eventually.

On the other hand, are those that actually didn't watch the debate. These people often more than those that watch the debate, are influenced by the media narratives that come after the debates. And in a way, it also changes their opinions about whom exactly they would give their votes.

He however concluded that it is difficult to measure the impact of the debate on election outcomes. In his word "just because people get information does not mean they will be persuaded one way or another."
