As the technique evolved, so did the military operations, and for the soldiers, it meant more mortality and more wounded. Thus, in the nineteenth century, an international organization called the Red Cross was established to visit battlefields around the world and assist the injured. They are protected by a large number of international conventions and are tasked with helping anyone in need. However, each army has its hospital ward. Since hospitals are crowded with wounded soldiers after a fight, if a specific command does not have sufficient capacity to handle everything, the wounded are sorted by severity. First, help is given to those who are most at risk and in life threat, and then doctors classify others by the severity of injuries.
