I guess you'd like to say "there's a nice view of Paris from the balcony" ????

Depuis le balcon, Il y a une très belle vue de Paris.
Du balcon, il y a une très belle vue de Paris.

you can also say : Il y a une très belle vue de Paris depuis le balcon.
                              Il y a une très belle vue de Paris du balcon.

"du" = contraction of "de le"
                             
But it's better the first way, "depuis le balcon" /or/ "du balcon", at the begining.

That's the way I'd say (I'm French...)
