El desayuno (breakfast) = un pan tostado y un jugo (toast and juice)
el cena (dinner) = una sopa y un vaso de leche (soup and a cup of milk)

I'm not COMPLETELY sure about the lunch and dinner because they might be reversible but I'm pretty sure lunch would be heavier than dinner. plus that's what i sometimes eat for lunch and dinner, and I'm half latina :)
