Bryophytes are consisting 3 division of embryophytes (non vascular land plants) which are; mosses, liverworts, and hornworts. They prefer to live in moist places, and can live to drier places also. Bryophytes reproduce with the help of spores, and they do not produce seeds, and flowers.
Bryophytes are gametes dominant in nature, it means they are longer lived, prominent plant is the haploid gametophyte. The sporophytes diploid become visible only occasionally, and nutritionally depends and attached to the gametophytes.
More energy is needed to carry out the metabolic rate of a person ( the minimum amount of energy required to carry out all of the reactions needed to keep a person alive).
