Which of these actions isn’t part of your body’s homeostasis?
S_A_V [24]
B. smiling when you are happy

This is not an action that is controlled by the process of homeostasis in the body. Homeostasis is the process which is responsible for regulating the the internal environment of the body.
for instance, you go to the bathroom when your kidneys want to eliminate excess water and other substances.
Your lungs need more air when you are exercising so homeostasis is responsible of seeing that you get enough of it.
and sweating when you are hot to remove excess heat from your body via sweat.
These are all involuntary actions controlled by the process of homeostasis.
Smiling is a voluntary action. you do not need to smile. and you can whenever you like and not when you don't.

Hong has a great idea for documenting the growth of the potato he planted in his science class. He wants to create a chart that
Umnica [9.8K]

The question is incomplete as it does not have the option which are:

  1. line chart
  2. area chart
  3. scatter chart
  4. pie chart

Answer:

Line chart

Explanation:

The line chart is the statistical representation of the data which is represented in the form of a line. The line chart can be plotted easily to represent the changes taking place in a very short period of time.

Since the potato plant grows very slowly in a short period of time, therefore, can be plotted in the form of a line graph. The length of the plant can be plotted on the y-axis whereas the time can be plotted on the x-axis.

Thus, Line chart is correct.
