You cant conjugate those words. You have to have a verb. So, It depends on the verb your trying to conjugate.The words you listed are forms. For instance the verb comer in the form of "yo" is como, in the "tu" form comes, in the "ella/el" form come, in the "nosotros" form comemos, the "vosotros" form coméis, and the form "ellos/ellas" comen.
