I need help on an assignment i already finished it i need help on if i should add more stuff take out some stuff reword somethin

g etc the assignment needs to be 250 - 300 words and this is what i have tell me your thoughts Its about food selection factors:
There are a lot of factors that can affect the food choices I make. What I eat on a daily basis depends on the time of day, how long it takes to prepare the meal, and a lot more aspects. My decision is based on how much time I have, how easy it is to select my food decision. The meal its self, and where the meal is obtained. One very important factor I take into account is when making my food decision is how love it will take to make my meal.

This factor goes in hand with my schedule on how long I have to eat. Most of the time I will go for the meal that takes the least amount of time to prepare so I have time for my other activities. Just like everyone else I have my favorite foods. The type of food that is available in another important food factor. However where the food is from is essential as well.

Being short with time I would need food that I can make and or prepare easily and quickly. All of these factors have a great influence on foods that I decide to eat. Addition flavor and freshness of food must be taken into description. Everyone has different tastes I like foods that go with my taste in flavor. The freshness of food availability is equally an important factor. Fresh foods corresponding to vegetables are high in nutrients and more preferable than canned food.
One of the biggest factors in the food selection family is values and traditions. This factor is extraordinarily important to my family because we celebrate Thanks Giving (I don't know if all families do this or not but my family does). When selecting foods it is important to look at ingredients and decide if I can eat it or not (because of food allergies). All food factors that I have talked about affect the food choices that I make everyday.
