Well he would have to set an appointment because he can not just walk in the place an demand to be helped because then he would be in the wrong and his podiatrist would not have to help him
I think the answer would be honors & activities. Because getting a prize or awards could be consider an honor. & Plus it doesn't make any sense with the other options.
