<h2>Micro RNA(miRNA)</h2>
Explanation:
- miRNA are basically small non encoding RNA molecules which are encoded in the genome of plants,animals and viruses
- Site of miRNA synthesis is nucleus in the form of long RNA transcript
- They further form a RNA induced silencing complex(RISC) which generally inhibits translation of target mRNA or catalyze degradation of target mRNA
- Presence of miRNA suggests that if there is perfect complementary with mRNA then degradation of mRNA will occur and if there is imperfect complementary between them then it will suppress the mRNA translation and hence little of the protein product will be formed
Blood pressure
This is indicated in Starling's Hypothesis in which there is fluid movement due to filtration across the wall of capillary. This is dependent between hydrostatic pressure gradient and oncotic pressure across the capillary. The balance of these forces allow the net driving pressure for filtration. The net fluid influc is proportional to this net driving pressure. The leakage of proteins across the capillary membrane has important effects and has corresponding cause in the balance of forces.
