I do not believe that a strong nation should be able to boss around weaker nations. This is just wrong in that a nation should be free to decide what it wants to do. A strong nation can assist them in developing. How ever they should not rule them. At that point that weaker nation will be stripped by of their sovereignty. This is not that times of Empires.

These investigations will shed light on how much damage or good (if any) these fossil fuel usage is doing to the atmosphere and then we may from these investigations, put regulations, or total ban on some of these fossil fuels (if not ban their usage completely) in an effort to return the atmosphere back to its healthy composition, and proportion of useful elements.
